I’ve only been to one brewery since my breakup, in a group to celebrate a friend’s engagement. (I don’t talk about personal stuff around here, but it’s been really hard for me to get over.)   Today was the first time in a few months I’ve gone to one by myself. Had a couple beers and some pizza. What’s Oppo drinking tonight?

I’m drinking bro supps before and after my workout. I’ve already engaged in enough gluttony this week. My wife is out of town and my mom called on my drive home to say she’s in town, and heard from my wife that she’s out of town, and did I want to get dinner. Instead I asked how long she’s in town and suggested lunch tomorrow so I can go to the gym tonight. I’m a selfish bastard. See you tomorrow Mom!

I am drinking some Bulleit 95 Rye. I will also have some Dr Pepper and some Dunkin coffee later on, unrelated and non-alcoholic.

I just spent 12 hours driving. I’m drinking what I imagine to be very overpriced Sierra Nevada IPA at a Hilton.

Break ups suck. One hit me so hard that I ended up driving across the state and back in one day without having planned to do so. It’s a good sign that you’re getting out.  I’m technically still working so I can’t salute you properly but in a couple of hours I’ll be popping a nicely balanced local pale ale in your honor.

Starting with Lagunitas Daytime Ale and will finish with Dogfish Head Liquid Truth S e rum.

I hope things get better for you, sooner than later . It’s de finitely hard to move on, but the good thing about bad times is it makes the good times that much more worthwhile/sweeter .

I bought a six pack of these.

They were in a different can, and I failed to notice it was a tea beer. It’s actually pretty good though so I’m not upset.

You can definitely tell when you drink it. It’s actually more “bourbony” than most bourbon barrel beers.

Based on what I read while trying to figure out what I had bought it is apparently the biggest craze of 2018.

I found a couple companies that brew beers with earl grey tea. I want to try that style for sure.
